The 3 cu m (4 cu yd) capacity MH-400 is a true multi-purpose materials handling unit which has to be seen in action to truly appreciate the time, labour and cost savings it can bring to grounds maintenance and landscaping operations.

In standard form, the MH-400's moving belt floor conveyor and hydraulically-raised rear end make short work of refilling top dressers, utility vehicles and spreaders, with flow rate controlled through the hydraulically-adjustable tailgate. The MH400 can also deliver materials straight onto the ground for use in construction, maintenance and renovation projects.

For more specialist jobs, the MH-400 can be fitted with a reversible rear cross conveyor for rapid refilling of bunkers, for back-filling drainage trenches or placing wood chippings or mulch onto pathways and borders. For even greater versatility, a swivel kit option allows the cross conveyor to be moved freely through a 180 degree arc at the rear of the machine or be locked in any one of five positions. Need to apply sand, top dressings, salt, gypsum or lime across large open areas? Fit the twin spinner option to the rear of the MH-400 and damp or dry materials can be spread accurately and evenly across widths from 4.6m to 12m (15ft - 40ft) at a depth of to 6.3mm (1/4in).

Towed and hydraulically powered by a tractor producing 30hp or more, the MH-400 has Ty-Crop's famed four wheel walking beam suspension and flotation tyres for optimum stability and minimum compaction.
